1. I thought online gaming was illegal...is your site legal?
Absolutely legal! Fantasy sports contests are considered to be games of skill. As long as our contests adhere to the definition of “fantasy” (which, of course, they do) these contests are 100% legal for US and Canadian citizens (excluding certain states and Canadian territories that can be found in our terms of use) over 18.
Remember, this is not considered "gambling". You see, when Congress passed the UIGEA Act of 2006 (the act that essentially tried to outlaw internet gaming), it EXCLUDED a few types of gaming. One of those exclusions was fantasy sports. With powerhouses like the NFL, MLB, AOL, Yahoo & ESPN all lobbying Congress to keep fantasy sports legal, we had big time support on our side.

2. Is it easy to open an account with 365FantasySports.com?
As simple as clicking your mouse! Because we are 100% legal, we are based right here in the US. Unlike the illegal offshore gaming sites that make you jump thru hoops to send them money, ours is as simple as following our on screen instructions. Anyone with a major credit card, debit card, checking account or Paypal account can deposit and withdraw money in a heartbeat.

3. If this is all web based, why do you need my mailing address? Why do I have to have an account with you.
Good questions! One with a couple major answers. First, when we process credit cards we need to match the billing address to the address for you that we have on file. No match = no money. Second, fantasy sports are not kosher in a couple states (oddly enough, you can play, but are not allowed to win if you live in one of those states.) We have to verify that you are who you say you are and that you live where you say you live.
As to why you have to have an account? OK, we’re getting redundant here (and repetitious). We need to know who you are so we can allow you to LEGALLY play and so we can pay you when you win.

4. Are there any special features I should know about?
Yes, several. When you mouse over the little "i" (info) next to a player's name, you'll get injury information about that player. If you click on the "i", you will get taken to a full informational page about that player. When a contest is in "scoring" mode, you can click on any of your opponents to see their roster and score. When you mouse over a player's points, you will get a detailed view regarding their stats for the day.

5. What are the parameters that make fantasy sports contests legit?
For a fantasy contest to be straight up, there are a few things that MUST happen. 1. A fantasy team must be comprised of players from more than one sporting event. 2. When setting up the fantasy contests, the contests must involve a choice of players from multiple (more than 1) event or venue. 3. A set, guaranteed prize must me offered and paid to the winner, regardless of the number of participants. 4. The contests must be games of skill (this is why if there is only one person registered for a contest, the contest gets canceled...there is no skill in beating yourself.

6. You have live scoring, tell me about that…
We get our stats from one of the most reputable companies in the industry. Even so, you'll notice that our scores update anywhere from roughly two to 20 minutes after the action on the field. This is not an error, its just a matter of when we get our data from our provider. There shouldn't be any, but if you notice a scoring issue, please report it to us though the "contact us" link.

9. Why is your slogan, "Do your fantasy every day?"
Because we believe that fantasy sports should be something that you can get excited about EVERY day, not just on draft day at the beginning of the season.
With us, you get the chance to win cash or points EVERY day. If you don't win on a given day, don't worry...you have the chance to come back and start fresh tomorrow. What do you do when your traditional fantasy team is buried in last place 6 weeks into the season? That won't happen here!

10. How do trades, and free agents work?
Since your fantasy teams on our site are drafted for a single day's set of events, there is no need for any of that complicated stuff. Simply draft the starting team you want for the day's games and play.

11. Could you tell me more about your "Reward Program"?
Sure. We offer a two tiered program. On the first level is "points". You get points for doing things with our site: 1. Registering - we'll give you 365 points just for signing up with us. 2. Making a deposit - For every $50 you deposit, you will earn another 365 points. If you make a deposit on the same day that you register with us, we'll give you DOUBLE points. 3. Referring friends. For every person that you send to the site (that registers with us), you will earn 100 points. 4. Playing cash games - Every time you play in a cash contest, you will earn additional points.

12. Ok, points is the first tier, what's next?
Now that you've earned a bunch of points, use 'em! You will use your points to gain entry into our "FREE" contests. The winners of these contests will win "Tokens".
Tokens serve two purposes. 1. You can use them to enter into contests that have "tokens" as the entry fee. In these contests, the winners will receive very cool Prizes! Or, 2. You can save your tokens and then spend them in our 365FantasySports.com Store. T-shirts, hats, ipods, TV's, etc... (just give us a little time to get the store up and running.)

13. In just a couple sentences, tell me about your site.
OK, our site was built for people who LOVE fantasy sports, but want the instant gratification that traditional, season long fantasy sports leagues can't offer.
Our site is very simple. Register or log in, select a contest, choose your roster, watch and enjoy the games, check your scores as often as you wish (live scoring!) and then get paid that night if your roster has earned the most points in your contest.

14. In your position games, why are there sometimes players from other positions in some draft rounds?
Great question! Lets use basketball as an example. In our "positions" games, you get to select 2 forwards, 2 guards, 1 center and 2 players from the "flex" category.
Sometimes you will see a Center or a Guard in the Forward draft round. This is because many players are listed on their team's actual roster as "F/C" or "G/F". The same happens in football and baseball. Some "TE's" are also RB's at times. Some "2B's" also play "SS" or "3B".
The bottom line is simple. You can select any one player from each draft round, regardless of his listed position. Afterall, the guy you pick to be one of your forwards, could end up playing center or guard that night...as long as he is scoring points for you, that's all you need to care about.

15. Why are there so many empty contests?
We have a lot of empty contests because we believe in giving you as many choices as possible. Choose your buy-in amount. Choose how many players you want to compete against. Choose your sport. Most important, choose what kind of contest you want to play. You see, we offer the largest selection of daily fantasy sports contests anywhere on the web so we're ok with having some empty ones. It just means were doing a good job of giving you, our player, plenty of choices.
